It appears that Dom is most definitely coming back. In face he will have a major role in what seems to be a new crime, hijacking oil tanker trains in the desert. His girlfriend, Letty, will also be returning in the fourth movie. Dom coming back is a good sign as many say that the first movie was the best and that these original characters need to start coming together again.
